The Longhorns and LSU play each other this Saturday.Up to this point, there’s nothing too shocking in Brando’s ranking. But teams ranked No. 8, 9 and 10 have college football fans scratching their heads.Nebraska, ranked 25th in the AP poll after a unimpressive 35-21 win over South Alabama, is eighth in Brando’s poll. Washington is found at No. 9 (No. 14 in AP poll). Finally, UCF comes in at No. 10. The Knights are ranked 18th in the AP poll.Notice any omissions?
